I've been going here for 10+ years. The experience is always top notch. Recently Andrea helped me fit some lenses in my new frames, and while they were a bit stubborn, she didn't give up. Great service.

Everyone at Coppell Vision center was super friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure all my questions were answered. The visit was also perfectly on time and efficient. This was THE model of customer service!

My son had the best experience with Dr Wang and staff today. He is autistic, a total chatterbox, and very nervous at doc appts of any kind. They were so friendly, patient, and kid hearted. The nurse on staff was so gentle and friendly with my son he was comfortable right off the bat. My son asked a personal question of the doctor in that completely inappropriate way autistic kids do when he met her and she was so sweet/professional about it. Thank you for your patience and kindness. We appreciated you all so much.

Dr. Nguyen is incredibly kind, professional, and empathetic: all these qualities are difficult to find in a provider these days. Her exams are very thorough, she takes the time to answer all my questions, and she does not rush through our appointments, which I appreciate. I highly recommend her!! The office is clean and the front desk staff are all very kind as well.

Thy has a wonderful team. They are pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. The office is always clean and comfortable and they always have a great selection of glasses to choose from. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I've been a patient of Dr Wilhelmus for about 20 years. This is the best eyecare on the planet. It doesn't get any better, trust me. I wear Gas Permiable lens due to astigmatism. My sight is always clear. I absolutely love Dr Wilhelmus and his staff. Thank you for taking care of my eyes.

This was my second time to visit "EyeCare Texas" and like the first time the staff was friendly and gave first class care and service. Dr. Wilhelmus is amazing. He takes the time to explain things and he is professional and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he cares for his patients and enjoys doing what he does. I can't remember the young lady's name that help me pick out my glasses, but she was awesome. I would recommend anyone to try "EyeCare Texas".

Walk-in in the morning, staff are all nice, did not wait long to got to the doctor. Dr. Don was so nice and sweet, he gave me a big relieve from my eyeball scartch from my bunny(i know....), he explained to me very patiently and was very professional, told me this is no big deal my eye should heal it itself in 2 days. I already feel better after visting him😊 Such a great experience!

Dr. Lee was thorough, great listener, asked great questions, provided the drops and prescription that addressed my issue, very professional. Also I had an excellent experience with the front desk as well.

This was my first visit in entirely too long - yes, I am embarrassed to admit exactly how long - and it was an amazing experience. The front desk was friendly and welcoming, and the techs were kind and patient as they took me through the scans. Dr. Christopher Envani was very professional, and took the time to review my tests and ensure that each selection in the lens fitting was accurate. Finding the perfect frame can be difficult, but the team took the time to find exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this outstanding practice.

Garland Vision Center is a great place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not only that but very knowledgeable. Dr Tiffany Yin is very caring and took the time explain whatever questions we needed understanding of. The facility was welcoming and clean. They had a wide varity of frames. We will definitely be returning.

The customer service experience is outstanding. The entire team demonstrates a genuine commitment to patient care. Dr. Rosso is amazing, highly engaged with her patients and takes the time to thoroughly answer all questions and concerns plus is very friendly.

I’ve been going to Modern Eye Care for around a decade, and the doctor I had seen that entire time recently left the practice. Naturally, after seeing the same doctor for so many years, I was curious how the transition to a new doctor would go. I’m so happy to say I had such a great experience with Dr. Ashly Cyriac! She was incredibly kind and warm and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also realized over the weekend that I had completely run out of contacts, with travel coming up in just one week. My current glasses cause me a lot of discomfort, so I was in a bit of a panic trying to figure out what I was going to do. I was able to go online on Sunday and easily book an appointment for Monday, the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, and Dr. Cyriac went above and beyond to help me given how urgently I needed contacts. I really loved my experience and left feeling so relieved and well taken care of. After going to this practice for so many years, I’m very happy to know I’m still in great hands. Highly recommend Dr. Cyriac and the Modern Eye Care team!

Wonderful optometry practice! Dr Cyriac and her staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Got a same-day appointment and they took time to answer all my questions and help with my issues. Their equipment is state of the art. You won’t find a better level of care.

I gave my eye doctor and the entire staff a 5/5 because every part of my experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel welcome and well cared for. My doctor took the time to listen, answer my questions, explain things clearly, and never made the appointment feel rushed. The staff was just as impressive—courteous, helpful, and efficient from beginning to end. It’s rare to have an experience where both the medical care and customer service are this consistently good, and I honestly couldn’t think of anything they need to change.

I’m a new patient here and I’m very impressed. The staff were friendly and efficient while still being very thorough. Dr. Dau was excellent. She explained everything to me in detail and reviewed all of my options with me. I have never had such a thorough eye exam before and I feel very confident in my results.

I just had a full eye exam and ordered new glasses and sunglasses. The staff was very friendly, the exam was thorough and easy as well. They had an excellent selection of glasses to choose from and they came in quickly.

Extremely friendly staff! Dr Leung explained condition in great detail, even taking time to pull it up on a computer with explanations. Excellent time management, I was in and out. Great experience! I drove an extra minutes based on their reviews, glad I did.

I have seen a few Dr.s here and have never had any issues. All the staff is amazing as well. Friendly, courteous, I feel like they remember me every year with how outgoing they are. 10/10 recommend.

Dr Zellers is so patient and thorough with explanations. He takes his time and you never feel like you are at a cattle call. Office staff is also patient and the overall experience is great. One doctor I don't mind going to!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Kellee, who is a major reason I continue coming back to this location even though I now live in Frisco and it’s about a 45-minute drive for me. About a year ago, I fell in love with a pair of sunglasses here but ultimately bought a different pair after my boyfriend convinced me they looked better on me. They were great, but I never stopped thinking about the other ones! When I came back recently, I learned they had just changed out their inventory, and I figured I had missed my chance. Kellee actually went back through their system, tracked down the exact sunglasses I remembered, and discovered that somehow they were one of the pairs that hadn’t been replaced and were STILL THERE. I was ridiculously excited. That kind of attention and follow-through is exactly what I appreciate about Kellee. Having lived in New York City, I have a special appreciation for people who are straightforward, efficient, and just get things done, and Kellee absolutely does. Most recently, there was an issue at the lab that delayed my regular glasses—they completed my sunglasses but not my eyeglasses. I had already been waiting a while and was understandably disappointed, but Kellee immediately explained what had happened, apologized, and genuinely empathized with my frustration. By the end of the conversation, I actually felt better about the situation, which says a lot about how good she is at customer service. Kellee is phenomenal. She is attentive, efficient, straightforward, kind, and genuinely cares about taking care of her customers. There are plenty of eyeglass stores much closer to me, but she is why I will happily drive 45 minutes to keep coming back to this one.

Absolutely Love Optix! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Optix! The overall energy in the clinic is wonderful, and every single staff member is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A huge shoutout to Courtney, the amazing woman, who helps walk you through insurance and pick out glasses. She is an absolute gem! She builds rapport so naturally, listens to what you like, and makes the whole frame-selection process fun and effortless. To be completely honest, if it weren’t for her, I’d probably be tempting fate at another clinic just to browse a different variety of eyewear—but her exceptional care and genuine connection make me want to come back every single time. You just can't beat that kind of service! If you're looking for a great eye doctor with a stellar team that truly cares about their patients, Optix is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wang and the technician were patient, listened to my concerns, explained tests thoroughly and ensured all my questions were answered. The process did not fee rushed. Their equipment seemed to be current technology and tested all parts of the eyes. I felt reassured they could help me see better. Thank you and your team for a lovely experience; so very positive. Everyone is very nice and welcoming :) my issues were explained with compassion and understanding. What was to be a referral ended with an appointment to a specialist for my issue which was very convenient! I'm scheduled to have it taken care of soon. I appreciate every person I encountered there and i hope everyone has a similar experience :) thank you!

I had such a wonderful experience choosing my prescription glasses! Donna was so helpful, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect pair. Donna had a great eye for what looked best on me and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate Donna’s kindness and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Donna!

Dr. Kirkland has been my outstanding Optometrist for the past 9 years at the Plano location. He retired earlier this year, so I started going to Total Eyecare in Aubrey. So far they have been Phenomenal even though no one can take the place of Dr. Kirkland.

I've been seeing Dr. Middleton here for several years now. Always friendly and professional. Tried their eyeglass clinic for the first time for a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I've been wanting for a couple of years. Seem to be very nice and fit great. I did notice a couple of scuff marks on the frames, but didn't mention it when I picked them up. Saw those later that day. Probably created by the lab when the lenses were removed and installed. I would like to have that issue resolved.

Dr. Vang is incredible. She takes her time during the exam and explains what she sees in a way you can understand. She is patient and kind. We will have all of our appointments with Dr. Vang.

I went to so many different specialty doctors for prism all of them messing it up and making me so so much worse, I was getting to the point of giving up but decided I would try going to Dr. Pang and im ever so grateful I did. He took 2.5 hours in office to really test me and make sure it was as accurate as possible and the prescription is so perfect and im starting to gain my depth perception and life back! I have a condition called binocular vision dysfunction and if youre thinking of going for the same reason absolutely do it is life changing! A thank you so much to everyone on the team as well because they were all very kind and patient ☺️

My first time here. I felt very comfortable with Dr.Pang. We speak Cantonese with each other. He is very detailed, professional and easy to talk to with a lot of patience in explaining. Staff are very nice, honest and helpful. Thank you all. I will be back next year.

I have been seeing Dr. Griffin for years now, she is honestly the best optometrist I have ever seen. (Pun intended) She is very thorough and explains your eye health to you in a way you can understand. I always make it a point to see her for my prescription renewal! 10/10 service for them! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am terrible at picking out frames that fit my face, the ladies up front that do your measurements are always helpful to me and assist me in finding some that look good on me. I've only had 1 issue coming here, and they addressed it right away, no fault of theirs though, it was a lens defect from the manufacturer. Absolutely love this place! That being said, if they were open on Saturday I would love it even more!

Griffin Eye Care is a warm and friendly place. They are attentive to your needs and responsive to your requests. Dr. Griffin is thorough and puts your nerves at ease.

I would definitely recommend this clinic 10/10! ✨️I came in yesterday with a concern about eye, and Dr. Joe Martin was able to diagnose me within minutes. He knew exactly what was wrong with my eye. All of the staff, from the front desk to the MA and check-out, were welcoming, friendly and professional. Everyone made the experience so much better. Everyone at the office was very kind and attentive. I’ve been experiencing some eye symptoms that are quite scary. The staff was very supportive and patient, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. I felt heard and cared for. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough positive about this office. My wife went there after cataract surgery to get glasses that would help. The glasses did not work for her, but what happened afterwards was exceptional. They went full speed reassessing her issue and the Doctor and his crew fixed her up with a contact lens and reading glasses, allowing her to experience normal vision after four months of blurriness. She now has a good path forward and even better, a place with compassionate and knowledgeable professionals to assist her. Cleburne Eye Clinic is a Godsend to us.

Always little to no wait for my appointment to start. Dr. Garner is funny, insightful, a real joy to converse with, and makes the already quick and easy process here feel even more so!

Wonderful first time visit! The women at the front desk were so kind and all of the staff seemed to be functioning very well as a team despite how busy it was, ensuring proper patient care and not rushing through appointments. Kaidan was a fantastic tech! He answered all my questions expertly and explained every step of each test we did. The test equipment seemed more advanced than that of other doctors offices I've visited, and they actually went over the information collected by each test—I've never before been presented with actual data and images of my eyes until my visit here. It was so interesting to learn in detail rather than just being told my eyes looked healthy. Dr. Pham was also great and my conversations with him were very educational as well. I had concerns with how accurate my previous doctor was, but Dr. Pham was thorough and took great care in adjusting my prescription and helped me determine the perfect contacts for my needs and budget. Anna, who was just delightful, went through ordering options, took measurements for my glasses getting new custom lenses for the frames I already had and loved, and assisted me in all of the post-exam checkout processes. Anna and Kaidan made sure to send me on my way with enough trial contact lenses to last until my order was delivered, and I am excited for my next visit there to try on my glasses with their new lenses! I really appreciate the Family Eye Care team and am happy to become a returning patient with them!

We have been to several places across town and unfortunately they make you feel like you are an inconvenience. At Great Eye they have always made us feel welcome and worked with us with our finicky insurance. Always friendly and we will take the whole family for their great service. Highly recommend.

Eagle Ranch Vision was the best decision I made. Dr.Broadway provided me with insight on my eyes, he listened and found a solution to what would help me. He was able to explain what his thinking process was. I picked up my glasses yesterday and I have never had a prescription that was so amazing to my eyes. These have been an improvement from my last prescription. The rest of that staff was also so kind and helpful I definitely recommend ! 10/10

Dr. Hasset was very likeable and made it easy to understand exactly what was going on with my eyes. The office uses new technology that allowed me to see imaging of my eyes and gave me confirmation of what Dr. Hasset was explaining. The staff is friendly and their frame selection is nice.

Were incredibly helpful, granted I only bought sunglasses they were timely and cut me a 20% discount. I’ll be sure to go to them for anything related to sunglasses in the future.

The young lady at the counter was very welcoming and helpful I lost one of my nose gurd soy glasses won't stab me she was very helpful with that. Definitely will bring them friends and family for all eye care needs
