Dr. Kristin Nguyen is the best!! I felt so cared for and she addressed all my eye issues while being punctual and personable. It was super easy to schedule an exam and update all my prescriptions. Definitely coming here for all my eye exams. 100% recommend.

This place is so great! Dr. Arora and his staff are kind, courteous, and wonderful to work with. I love that when I went in to do an eye exam, I left with much more than a prescription- I left with a base knowledge of what was going on with my eyes- which is more than I can say for other doctors. We are in their Myopia Control program. My son’s prescription has not changed in the last 2 years, and he sees better now. After he got contacts with his previous optometrist, his eyes degenerated to where he was with no contacts. Thank you, Dr. Arora.

My family and I have been going to Frisco family vision, since it opened. We currently do not live here, but the service is so exceptional that we make a trip back to see the doctors here. At my last visit I had a scratch on my cornea, and they went above and beyond to help me heal and find me a follow up appointment close to my home. All three Doctors are fabulous!

I’ve been going to Frisco Family Vision since I moved here 6 years ago. The staff is so friendly, and I LOVE Dr. Paulsen. She’s so knowlegable. And when I’ve needed to be referred to a specialist (both retina and cataract) they sent me to great doctors as well.

When you walk in the door, you’re greeted by a spacious lobby and waiting area, where the staff at the desk are attentive and friendly. The technician who takes you back is caring and attentive to the reasons for your visit while making sure you’re well taken care of. Then Dr. Bullard comes in and provides you with the very best care.

I use Dr. Joe Martin and truly appreciate his style and chair-side manner during an eye exam. He is very patient and easy to work with when trying to decide which setting was better or worse. Some providers imparted a level of impatience which didn't help. I felt like they were thinking, "DECIDE ALREADY !!!". Dr. Martin is totally relaxed and patient allowing me to relax and give the best answers to get the correct lens prescription. I hope this all made sense.

Staff was friendly, Dr. Brooks was quick and efficient. Every time I come, whether it’s an annual exam or have my eyes measured all the staff is extremely accommodating and kind. When I changed to progressive lenses, it was difficult for me to get used to the transitions. Everyone at Kirkwood make sure to help me understand the transition to the progressive lenses, and they were happy to continue helping me until everything was perfect.

The 2 front desk girls are GREAT!! And helpful. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind, they are just as much human as we are. The Doctors are great as well.

I have a very bad astigmatism and my eye sight is poor. My contacts do have to be custom made since my older manfacture stopped production. I appreciate this doctor going the extra length and ordering this from a special company for me. When I called around I was having trouble finding a office that would order outside of their norm.

The STAFF is nothing but Amazing and Helpful! We are private pay now since I’ve been a Stay At Home Mom and my husband is self employed. Everyone was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into buying their products or any additional Services. If anything, they helped my oldest pick out an affordable pair of glasses, which I was extremely grateful for. I walked into that doctor’s office with my four girls, two of them under two and two older ones. I always have a hard time taking all four of the kids to any kind of doctors appointment because it can be really overwhelming for me. The front desk staff said that I was holding it all together very well, and that all four girls were well-behaved, which was honestly a surprise. Hearing that meant the world to me. Dr Gene Wong saved my vision. At a routine exam for new glasses he spotted a torn retina. This can cause blindness without prompt treatment. He found a retinal surgeon who treated me the same day. Dr Wong is an exceptional clinician and a very kind doctor. 😇

Dr. Robert was amazing!!! No other optometrist was able to fix my glasses and I lost hope. But then he took a chance and a simple kind of gesture means the world. I’ve been going to Optix Eyecare for years, and they continue to exceed my expectations. The doctor is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. I even tried a closer office after I moved, but it didn’t compare. I quickly came back and realized I’d rather make the longer drive and receive the level of care Optix provides.

Thought I had a stye; Dr. Hogan is the man! He found a tiny debris stuck up under my upper eye lid; Dr. Hogan got it out and had me on my way quickly, and pain free! I had the best experience today. The exam was fast and efficient and no issues there. But the best part was after my exam and checking out with the assistant manager Courtney. She was so nice and so helpful walking me through my options for buying glasses and contacts. I always dread this part of visitng the eye doctor and normally just order online. They offer a price matching program to match what I would have paid online and she explained how to get the rebate from the contact brand. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sher’s since I was in 6th grade… so going on 20+ years now! I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. He’s the only eye doctor I’ve ever seen, and the care has always been incredible. It’s not just the expert care (though that’s definitely there), but it’s the family feel you get the moment you walk in. When I unexpectedly got shingles in my eye back in November 2020, Dr. Sher looked over everything and made sure I was taken care of. That meant so much to me. And Loni is the BEST when it comes to picking out glasses. She always finds the perfect pair and brings so much warmth and joy to the whole experience. Just truly great people and a place we love and trust.

This was my first adult eye exam (shoutout to those public school vision screenings). I chose her based on the level of satisfaction my husband has had as a patient in her office over the last few years. The appointment was easy to schedule, and the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a front desk team that was not only friendly but impressively on top of it. Check-in was easy. I barely had time to sit down before I was called back for the machine testing, and the tech was so calm and kind walking me through each step (bless her for that, because I was low-key nervous about that puff test). Dr. Griffen is a gem. She was personable, straight-talking, and actually engaging. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions without talking down to me, and made what could’ve been a boring or intimidating visit feel… enjoyable for my first time. Picking out my sweet new bifocal glassesa and the frame fitting afterward was quick and easy, and the staff walked me through our insurance like pros. Turns out we have great coverage, and no one made me feel rushed or upsold. Bonus: they offer Neurolens testing and glasses too, which I’ll be looking into. All in all, 10/10 experience. Professional, kind, and zero fluff. Just excellent care with people who make it feel easy.

Yesterday was my first visit to Texas State Optical. I was getting fitted for new sunglasses, and Jonathan also took the initiative to clean, adjust, and tighten up two existing pairs I brought with me. No question of mine went unanswered, and there were quite a few. :) Jonathan G. is truly an asset to Texas State Optical.

Wonderful optometry practice! Dr Cyriac and her staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Got a same-day appointment and they took time to answer all my questions and help with my issues. Their equipment is state of the art. You won’t find a better level of care.

Everyone from the team to the doctor were very friendly and informative. Only took 20 minutes from start to finish walking out with a clean bill of eye health and contact lens and glasses prescriptions answering all my questions along the way.

When my right eye felt like it had something in it, but neither I nor my wife could find anything, I went to Marsh Eye Center. Within 10 minutes Dr. Russo saw me. She then found a small light colored eyelash that had bent backward from my eyelid into my eye and removed it. She prescribed an antibiotic cream to ensure no infection, and I was on my way -- with no more pain in my eye. Great client service by the staff and Dr. Russo!

Excellent. I had a painful eye problem, and they were so nice trying to accommodate me asap. The receptionist called another location trying to get me in. A cancellation occurred and I was able to see the doctor that very morning. I found the office to be efficient, welcoming and very clean. Dr. Marsh was very nice and spent sufficient time to explain what I needed to do to solve my problem. Prescriptions were called in immediately and instructions were clear. I highly recommend this eye doctor and will have my yearly exam when my eye issue clears.

Great Doctors and staff and they have all the latest modern technology. My wife and I have been going to Marsh Eye Center since they opened many years ago. We live just outside of downtown Dallas, and we still make the journey across DFW to see them for all our eye care needs.

Our experience today at Great Eye Doctor in Burleson was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The lady who brought us back and completed the initial testing with my children was truly amazing. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to work with children. My daughter was a little intimidated by all of the equipment and procedures at first, but she handled everything so gently and calmly that neither of my kids shed a single tear. She made what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and comfortable. The doctor (I believe she may have been filling in today—unfortunately I didn’t catch names) was equally incredible. She was kind, informative, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. You could tell she genuinely cared and was wonderful with children. This experience completely changed our perspective after a difficult experience elsewhere in the past, where we unfortunately felt rushed and unsupported. The level of patience, professionalism, and care we received here was on a completely different level. My husband also comes here, so I can confidently say this office has been wonderful for our entire family. I highly recommend them for both children and adults. One of the best decisions we made was switching to this office. Thank you all for making such a positive experience for our family—we truly appreciate everything you do!

The BEST!!!!!! I live in Fort Worth and every office I called gave me scam/ money hungry vibes. I called this office and the receptionist was kind and answered my questions. I then met with Dr. DeJernett and he was amazing! I’ve never liked going to get my eye exams, but I can honestly say I’m not dreading it anymore. Thank you!

My 1st time with this facility and the service was great! No extremely long wait, and each staff was able to tell me what each test meant. I truly appreciate Dr D! We both went to the same LASIK Dr years prior and I think it’s pretty cool how he makes his patients feel comfortable and explains in great detail.

From the front staff to Dr. DeJernett, everyone was so kind and respectful. I came in for an eye emergency appointment and felt heard and that my eye problem was handled appropriately. I will continue to come to this practice for all my eye needs and updated glasses prescription.

This office is amazing! Always helpful and very kind! And I love my dentist, Dr. Dejernett! He is so thorough in fixing whatever needs to be fixed and he is kind while doing it!

I had a piece of rust get in my eye that a rinse wouldn't remove. I am not a patient here, but they got me in that morning and removed the piece of rust. Dr Dejernett was very gentle and told me everything he was going to do before he did it. The staff was great as well. I highly recommend this office.

Both staff and DR Robertson were attentive and quick to take time to explain all that was going on and what I needed and why it was needed. All questions were handled with respect and down to earth talk. Very personable and caring.

I've been a patient of Dr Wilhelmus for about 20 years. This is the best eyecare on the planet. It doesn't get any better, trust me. I wear Gas Permiable lens due to astigmatism. My sight is always clear. I absolutely love Dr Wilhelmus and his staff. Thank you for taking care of my eyes.

This was my second time to visit "EyeCare Texas" and like the first time the staff was friendly and gave first class care and service. Dr. Wilhelmus is amazing. He takes the time to explain things and he is professional and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he cares for his patients and enjoys doing what he does. Walk-in in the morning, staff are all nice, did not wait long to got to the doctor. Dr. Don was so nice and sweet, he gave me a big relieve from my eyeball scartch from my bunny(i know....), he explained to me very patiently and was very professional, told me this is no big deal my eye should heal it itself in 2 days. I already feel better after visting him😊 Such a great experience!

Dr. Lee was thorough, great listener, asked great questions, provided the drops and prescription that addressed my issue, very professional. Also I had an excellent experience with the front desk as well.

Dr. Wilhelmus is one of the nicest doctors you could ever meet. His daughter at the front desk is very nice and personable as well. The other front staff although I do not deal with them much are always happy to great you when you come in. The lady that helps you with the glasses, is always super nice and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been a long time patient of Dr.Wilhelmus. His knowledge, expertise and character is impeccable. I have severe low vision as many of his patients. His staff has remained consistent year after year. You know if a business can retain their staff members they are doing something right. Bart & Brenda are experts in their fields. I ask a lot of questions and they never seem irritated or short with me. The office is usually busy with good reason. These people offer top self service.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming :) my issues were explained with compassion and understanding. What was to be a referral ended with an appointment to a specialist for my issue which was very convenient! I'm scheduled to have it taken care of soon. I finally found an eye doctor I like. I do not mind driving from Arlington. It is worth it. Dr Pollard and the entire staff is wonderful and very thorough taking time to answer questions and explain everything.

Dr. Pollard is great, she has a pleasant practical approach to the care of my vision. The equipment is up to date so no dilation is needed and you can get eye glasses there as well. One stop shop.

One of the best experiences I've had at an Optometrist. Top to bottom, from the time we walked in to the time we left, was a very pleasant experience. Kaiya was extremely helpful and patient with my son (his first experience) and myself and Dr Nguyen was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. I'll be coming back here from now on. I'll bring my family here from now on as well.

I was very pleased with my visit today. I believe the assistants name is Janelle and she is an extremely polite, efficient, young lady. She did a great job at explaining what test she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Trinh was awesome as well!
